Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage client payroll processing, reporting, and advisory services. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and delivering timely payroll outcomes for multiple clients.

You will work with ADP RUN, manage client implementations, and train clients on payroll processes while maintaining strong relations and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• CPP preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation experience
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all levels
• Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions
• Establish trusted client relationships and consult on payroll matters
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data
• Be an additional resource to the implementation team and manage client implementations
