Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of federal labor standards and timekeeping requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP, Paycom, Deltek Costpoint preferred).
• Understanding of FLSA, PTO accruals, and multi‑state payroll rules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply payroll policies consistently.

The specialist will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with federal labor standards, and timely support for employees and internal stakeholders. This role is fully onsite in Ashburn, Virginia. Candidates must have the ability to obtain a pubic trust security clearance.

Salary and benefits include:

• Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 **depending on experience**
