We're seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for an immediate temp-to-perm role in Torrance. You’ll play a critical role in prepping payroll for 150+ employees (ideally 360), ensuring accuracy and timeliness during a crucial transition.

Location: On-site in Torrance (Full-time initially)

Must-Have by Thursday

️ 4–6 years of payroll experience

️ Experience processing payroll for 150+ employees

️ Excel-savvy (exporting/importing data, manual calculations)

️ Comfortable with full on-site schedule

Nice-to-Haves for Perm

Healthcare or home health payroll experience

Familiarity with CanTime or similar clinical timekeeping tools

Experience converting time data, interpreting complex nurse timesheets

This is an immediate coverage need – interviews happening ASAP. Training window ends Friday.
