• Experience processing multistate payroll for 300+ employees.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Inova payroll systems is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, wage and hour regulations, and compliance requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Processor to oversee end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 300 employees across 5+ business divisions. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely multistate payroll while partnering closely with the Head of HR to support payroll compliance, employee inquiries, and process improvements. Experience with QuickBooks and Inova, as well as professional proficiency in Spanish, is essential.
