Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive payroll experience.
• 1–3 years of payroll supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Hands-on with Workday Payroll & Time Tracking; system implementations/upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing for all employees with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review inputs like timekeeping, earnings, deductions, and off-cycle payments.
• Lead Workday Payroll/Time Tracking enhancements, testing, and releases; supervise staff.
• Coordinate with HR, Benefits, Finance, and HRIS to ensure data integrity and processes.
• Prepare year-end tax documents, audits, and payroll reporting.
