Shields Health is a leader in advanced MRI, PET/CT, and surgical services. The Senior Payroll Manager will oversee payroll for hundreds of employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.

As the Workday Payroll expert, you will drive system enhancements, audits, and automation initiatives, partnering with HR, Accounting, Finance, and Operations to strengthen controls and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Deep expertise with Workday Payroll.
• Multi-state and multi-entity payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll for 26+ entities across multiple states.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hourly and salaried staff.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll requirements.
• Act as Workday Payroll SME and drive system enhancements.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, Finance, Legal and Operations.
