Job summary

Shields Health Care Group, Inc. is looking for a Senior Payroll Manager to ensure accurate payroll operations. This role involves managing payroll processing across multiple states, maintaining compliance with wage and tax laws, and leading payroll system enhancements.

The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of payroll experience and strong knowledge of Workday Payroll. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-entity and multi-state payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll required.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for 26+ legal entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of hourly, salaried, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Act as the escalation point for complex payroll issues.
