Responsibilities include overseeing high-volume weekly payroll, year-end close, union benefit contributions, and system improvements in CMiC and related tools. 5+ years of payroll experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Finance and IT.
• Good Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payroll activities and supervise the payroll team.
• Lead monthly and weekly payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state payroll tax filings.
• Coordinate with Operations, Legal and HR on payroll-related matters.
• Develop and maintain procedures, calendars, and audit-ready documentation.
