Responsibilities

• Supports accurate, timely payroll processing for multiple locations and groups.
• Assists with payroll audits, data analysis, and GL updates.
• Maintains payroll software records, new hires, status changes, and deductions.
• Handles quarterly and year‑end reporting and wage order compliance.
• Manages union paperwork and regulatory reporting to stay compliant.
• Keeps up with wage laws and responds to time‑sensitive payroll tasks.
