Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead accurate, timely payroll for 750+ hourly and salaried employees across multiple sites and jurisdictions. You will supervise a payroll specialist, manage ADP systems, and partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience, strong Excel and GL knowledge, and a CPP designation preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state operations.
• CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 750+ employees across multiple states.
• Oversee payroll batches in ADP; ensure GL mapping and tax settings are correct.
• Maintain payroll records and respond to inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations to support audits and reporting.
• Lead year-end payroll close and Forms W-2 processing.
