Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including complex, multi-state payroll.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-site payroll for 750+ employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, OT, bonuses, route pay, and deductions.
• Coordinate with Transportation Management and GMs for timekeeping accuracy.
• Review and approve ADP payroll batches and GL postings.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Lead audits and payroll reporting and respond to inquiries.
• Support HR and Finance with payroll-related data requests.
