Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience including complex, multi-state payroll.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in processing multi-state payrolls required.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll, HRIS, and timekeeping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end multi-site payroll for 750+ employees across states.
• Review and approve payroll batches in ADP; ensure GL accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records, tax settings, and deduction codes.
• Support HR/management with payroll reporting and data requests.
