You will manage ADP Workforce Now, maintain tax settings, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and drive improvements in controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state operations.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, HRIS, and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-site payroll for 750+ employees across multiple states.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, OT, bonuses, route pay, and deductions.
• Review payroll batches in ADP before processing and verify GL postings.
• Maintain payroll records and support audits and regulatory filings.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Lead payroll governance, controls, calendars, and exception protocols.
• Support month-end and year-end close with accruals and reporting.
