Sitemetric is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the payroll function for a nationwide workforce. You will manage payroll compliance, multi-state payroll tax, and internal controls, while driving automation and process improvements.

This role reports to leadership and leads the payroll team. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in payroll, deep regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience with ADP and payroll systems integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience across nationwide footprint.
• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local wage-and-hour law and payroll tax.
• Proven track record of designing and enforcing payroll internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Own employer tax registrations, withholdings, SUTA and local taxes across states.
• Coordinate wage-and-hour compliance per applicable laws and counsel.
• Prepare recurring payroll report packages for Finance, HR, and leadership.
• Support internal and external audits with payroll data and documentation.
• Lead payroll team, set goals, and drive SOPs and automation.
