Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: oversee end-to-end multi-site payroll for 750+ employees across multiple states and jurisdictions; ensure accurate wages, OT, bonuses, deductions; verify timekeeping and route pay; approve batches in ADP; maintain payroll records; handle off-cycle payrolls and final paychecks; configure tax settings and GL mappings; respond to payroll inquiries and support reporting.
