Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll across multiple brands and entities using ADP Workforce Now. The role targets multi-state, multi-entity payroll for hourly and salaried staff, with acquisition integrations and complex tax compliance.

You'll lead system configurations, ensure timely filings, and partner with HR, Finance, and M&A to standardize processes. Private Equity-backed environment and residential/home services exposure are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll management experience.
• Experience with multi-brand, multi-entity payroll in a PE-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple brands and entities on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for hourly and salaried employees, including commissions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and best practices.
• Lead ADP Workforce Now configurations, upgrades, and post-acquisition integrations.
