Ortho Molecular Products is seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our Illinois-based employees. You will review earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes, and ensure accuracy across payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree; CPP preferred.
• 5 years of Payroll experience; Paycom exposure preferred.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and G/L posting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Review earnings, deductions, benefits, and taxes for accuracy.
• Oversee payroll systems data integrity and monthly closes.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and upgrade systems.
• Educate supervisors and staff on payroll policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and support audits.
