The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of payroll experience and be proficient in ADP and Workday. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required. The expected salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP, preferably WorkForce Now.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP.
• Communicate with ADP on payroll issues.
• Prepare manual off-cycle payments.
• Enter general ledger entries in Workday.
• Respond to employee payroll related questions.
