Job summary

Binks is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Analyst to own end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration for three U.S. locations.

You will serve as the ADP Workforce Now subject matter expert, manage accurate payroll processing, and oversee Open Enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years of payroll experience, deep ADP Workforce Now knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to improve processes with confidentiality and strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hands-on payroll experience, preferably multi-state.
• Deep, hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll.
• Experience troubleshooting payroll issues and improving processes with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience processing payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll deductions, taxes, earnings, adjustments, benefits, and year-end processing.
• Experience administering employee benefits and supporting annual open enrollment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work with confidential employee and payroll information.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, Accounting, leadership, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own End-to-End Payroll Operations across multiple U.S. locations.
• Serve as the primary internal expert on ADP Workforce Now configuration, workflows, reporting, troubleshooting, and data integrity.
• Process and audit payroll adjustments, bonuses, commissions, severance, taxable fringe benefits, and other complex payroll transactions.
• Review payroll results and identify discrepancies before payroll is finalized.
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and collaborate with Accounting to resolve variances.
• Lead year-end payroll activities, including W‑2 balancing and year-end adjustments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve payroll processes within ADP Workforce Now.
• Oversee day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and 401(k) benefits.
• Own the annual open enrollment process, including ADP Workforce Now configuration and communications.
• Monitor benefit carrier integrations and resolve transmission issues with vendors.
• Maintain accurate employee benefit elections, deductions, and coverage data.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state payroll and benefits regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
• Support ACA reporting, EEO-1, Form 5500, and retirement plan compliance.
