Job summary

Nuna, a global premium baby gear brand, seeks a Senior Manager of Payroll to lead a hands-on payroll function for a multi-state US workforce, onsite at the Washington Office. You will design scalable processes, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance and HR to deliver accurate, timely payroll with strong internal controls.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in payroll leadership, experience with multi-entity environments, and a proven ability to optimize payroll systems and data integrity

Qualifications

• Leads multi-state payroll for a large, complex workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll processing across entities.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and payroll taxes.
• Lead payroll system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Prepare GL reconciliations and support audits.
• Generate detailed payroll reports for Finance and HR.
• Coach and develop payroll team for high performance.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance on cross-functional projects.
