Nuna Baby Essentials seeks a Senior Manager of Payroll to lead our US multi‑state payroll operations from the Washington Office. You will design, build, and continuously refine an advanced payroll infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong data integrity across entities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of payroll leadership in a large multi-state, multi-entity environment.
• Minimum 7 years in a supervisory role with 2+ direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state taxation and FLSA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Design and refine a scalable payroll infrastructure aligned with business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end multi-state payroll across entities; ensure wage calculations and timekeeping accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws, payroll taxes, and garnishments; maintain data confidentiality.
• Lead payroll system configurations, upgrades, and integrations; generate detailed payroll reports.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the payroll team; foster collaboration across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HR/Finance on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
