Build Group is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee all facets of payroll, including coordination with external payroll partners for timely and accurate processing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of certified payroll experience and at least 3+ years in Union payroll, with a proven track record leading payroll professionals and collaborating with external platforms like ADP.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of certified payroll experience.
• 3+ years Union payroll experience.
• Experience leading a team of payroll professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure employee payroll information is maintained and accurate; provides reports as needed.
• Update payroll records by entering changes to employee information such as title and compensation changes.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain payroll operations according to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a small team of payroll professionals.
• Generate and process weekly tax and garnishment payments.
• Generate and process quarterly and annual tax reporting.
• Oversee Union reporting and assist with Certified reporting.
• Collaborate with external payroll partner(s).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
