HBK CPAs & Consultants in Warrendale, PA seeks an experienced payroll professional to manage bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls for a multi-employee organization. The role requires attention to detail and proficiency with Workday and Excel.

You will process taxes, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and annual bonus payroll, while coordinating with Total Rewards and ensuring compliance across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Workday Payroll Management System experience.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payroll for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees.
• Process semi-monthly payroll for Principals.
• Process annual bonus payroll.
• Review new employee taxes and direct deposit information.
• Validate 401(k) loans, and contribution rate changes, populate correctly for payroll.
• Provide support to Total Rewards team for various 401(k) plan administration tasks.
• Prepare all bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll check requests (FSA, garnishments, 401(k), etc.).
• Wage garnishments, Workers’ comp audit.
• Reconcile periodic and quarterly taxes with ADP.
