Hill, Barth & King LLC is hiring a Payroll Supervisor for a hybrid role based in Youngstown, OH with cross-location responsibilities in King of Prussia, PA; Boca Raton, FL; and Warrendale, PA. The position oversees bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, annual bonuses, and complex tax and benefits processing.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in payroll administration, strong Workday experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Workday Payroll Management System experience.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Familiar with multi company & multi batch processing.
• Payroll for over 500 employees.

Responsabilidades

• Process bi-weekly payroll for Exempt and Non-Exempt employees.
• Process semi-monthly payroll for Principals.
• Process annual bonus payroll.
• Review new employee taxes and direct deposit information.
• Validate 401(k) loans, and contribution rate changes, populate correctly for payroll.
• Provide support to Total Rewards team for various 401(k) plan administration tasks.
• Prepare all bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll check requests (FSA, garnishments, 401(k), etc.).
• Workers’ comp audit.
• Handle all wage garnishments.
• BLS worksite reports.
• Reconcile periodic and quarterly taxes with ADP.
