Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with the ADP Payroll System (Workforce Now).
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll practices and compliance experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft 365 and strong Excel abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic accounting principles and general ledger reconciliation are a plus.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
• Willingness to cross-train with HR and Benefits Manager.
