The role requires 5+ years of payroll and compliance experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong data analytics skills. You will lead audits, regulatory reporting, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financials and compliant HR practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of direct relevant experience in payroll and compliance required.
• FPC/CPP and SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong data analytics, critical thinking, and process improvement skills required.

Aufgaben

• Manage all aspects of payroll and benefits compliance, including PBJ, audits, tax reporting, DOL reporting, EEOC reporting, and DEI reporting.
• Audit bi-weekly payroll processes for accuracy and timeliness; coordinate with accounting to resolve GL issues.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc HR reporting; act as HRIS reporting expert.
• Train and support managers on payroll/compliance responsibilities and HRIS usage.
• Assist regulators during surveys to uphold HR practices and support employee relations.
