• Familiarity with payroll taxes and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Complete biweekly payroll for Salary, Hourly, and Jesuits including special stipends.
• Manage onboarding and benefits enrollment across dental, vision, medical, and 403b plans.
• Handle garnishments, timecard corrections, and payroll reconciliations in Paycor and Sage.
• Assist with year-end filings and related audits (403b, ACA, etc.).
• Produce payroll reports and respond to employee payroll questions.
