Job summary

Responsibilities include data collection for locations, maintaining employee records, generating ad hoc reports, and collaborating with HR and plant management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting or related field; equivalent experience also considered.
• 5-7 years of high-volume, multi-state payroll processing experience (preferably with ADP).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Integrity and consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing and output control to ensure accurate weekly payroll for 1300+ employees.
• Maintain employee files and payroll records, including direct deposits and deductions.
• Provide customer service to internal employees and HR teams; respond to questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with HR, plant management, and supervisors to resolve payroll-related issues.
• Update deduction information for taxes and other benefits; ensure compliance with laws.
