Qualifications

• 3 years payroll experience in a consulting firm, payroll provider, or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and multistate regulations.
• Experience with payroll tax forms and filings (e.g., 941, 941-X, W-2C).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll consulting engagements across a range of clients, industries, and geographies.
• Assist in assessing and improving client payroll processes, controls, and procedures.
• Perform multistate payroll compliance reviews, including federal, state, and local regulations.
• Support payroll tax activities, including preparation and review of forms (e.g., 941, 941-X, W-2C).
• Assist with payroll setup and configuration, including earnings, deductions, and tax treatments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
