Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a payroll-focused professional to process client payrolls accurately within ADP RUN and ensure timely delivery of reports. You will maintain client relationships, protect sensitive data, and support implementation teams with payroll-related questions.

The role requires experience in payroll, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple client engagements with precision and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience considered in lieu of degree
• CPP certification preferred
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service

Responsibilities

• Process client payrolls accurately and on time, updating records and calculating bonuses or severance as needed
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships and protect data confidentiality
• Provide technical software support and participate in client implementations and trainings
