Qualifications

• 3 years of payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• CPP preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within the client’s payroll system and resolve discrepancies
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet deadlines and update employee records
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment
• Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintain confidentiality
• Provide software support to clients and train them on payroll processes
