Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines and update records.
• Provide technical software support to clients and train them on payroll processes.
• Establish strong client relationships and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
• Assist implementation team with payroll projects and client onboarding.
