The candidate will ensure accurate payroll data, meet deadlines, generate reports and maintain confidentiality while developing strong client relationships across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• CPP preferred.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly detail oriented and accurate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment servicing multiple clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines; update records; calculate bonuses/severance; review tax calculations; reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions and employer contributions.
• Establish trusted client relationships; maintain confidentiality; convey information clearly; provide software support.
• Identify out-of-scope work and opportunities to expand services.
• Manage new client implementations; ensure timely completion and client satisfaction; train clients on payroll processes.
