Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Five (5) years of related payroll experience including knowledge of payroll, out-of-state worker compliance, wage and hour regulations, timekeeping, and payroll taxes.
• Workday proficiency preferred; able to read, write and speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Oversees payroll processing to ensure timely and compliant payroll operations.
• Acts as primary contact for payroll inquiries and coordinates with internal/external stakeholders.
• Defines and implements best practices and controls to improve payroll workflows and GL accuracy.
• Documents payroll guidelines and procedures; maintains system integrity.
• Liaises with external auditors and validates payroll tax documents and year-end forms.
• Resolves Workday/system/vendor issues by coordinating with IT Services.
