Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience processing payroll in Workday.
• Experience with UKG (Kronos/UKG Dimensions) and integrating time data into payroll.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations and FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end processing of bi-weekly payroll for 6,500+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise, train, and develop payroll staff.
• Serve as the primary payroll liaison between Workday and UKG; ensure data integrity.
