Aston Carter in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator/Payroll Manager to lead biweekly payroll, benefits programs, and HRIS data with strict regulatory compliance. The role partners with HR leadership to optimize payroll, open enrollment, and benefits communications.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in payroll/benefits, ADP and HRIS experience, and strong attention to detail. This on-site position offers four weeks of vacation, annual raises, and robust retirement

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR with payroll/benefits focus.
• Experience processing biweekly payroll, timekeeping, and deductions.
• Familiar with ADP payroll and HRIS systems; strong compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately for all employees.
• Audit timecards, attendance, and leave accruals for compliance.
• Administer benefits programs and enrollments, including open enrollment.
• Ensure ACA, 1095 reporting, and regulatory compliance across payroll & benefits.
• Prepare payroll reports and support year-end tax filings.
