Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits administration.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage payroll systems, audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave programs.
