Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience
• Experience with certified payroll, Section 3 reporting, and construction/government contractor payroll requirements
• Tax documentation and tax filings experience
• Benefits administration experience with Employee Navigator preferred
• Ownership of HRIS and onboarding for new hires

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for a company with fewer than 200 employees
• Process 2–3 biweekly payrolls per pay group
• Support payroll across three separate companies/entities
• Assist mergers/acquisitions, company setup, and tax setup
