Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Manage payroll systems, audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health and 401(k).
