Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for about 700 employees across the United States and Canada, leveraging ADP Workforce Now. You will partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver compliant payroll services and drive process improvements.

Role requires strong payroll background, high confidentiality, and willingness to work outside normal hours during peak periods; hybrid work model in Norwalk, CT area preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• 10 years related payroll experience preferred, ADP Experience highly preferred.
• Handles highly sensitive payroll and financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ability to work outside normal hours during peak periods to ensure timely processing.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for US & Canada in ADP Workforce Now.
• Perform general ledger processing, reconciliations and liaise with vendors and HR.
• Support year-end payroll tasks and accurate W-2s/T4s.
• Participate in payroll system improvements and project initiatives.
