Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to own payroll for US and Canada. You’ll be the in‑house expert on UKG Pro, run bi‑weekly and off‑cycle payrolls, and streamline UKG configurations to reduce manual work.

You’ll coordinate with international providers and collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting to maintain strong payroll controls and accurate tax profiles. This hands‑on role requires ownership, documentation, and proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hands-on payroll experience, including UKG Pro (UltiPro) for 3+ years.
• Experience processing US multi-state and Canadian payrolls.
• Experience with external payroll providers for international teams.
• Growing company experience with large employee counts across countries.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state US and Canada payrolls, including bi-weekly and off-cycle payments.
• Serve as in-house expert for UKG Pro payroll and Workforce Management Dimensions.
• Review UKG setup, replace manual workarounds with sustainable processes.
• Write and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with international payroll providers and reconcile payroll to GL.
• Maintain payroll controls, approvals, and confidentiality.
• Handle employee changes, tax profiles, enrollments, and data flows.
• Train teammates and support audits and special projects.
