Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to own US/Canada payroll, serve as in-house UKG Pro expert, and drive process improvements for scalable payroll workflows. This hands-on role requires coordinating with external providers, working with HR, Benefits and Accounting, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years hands-on payroll experience, incl. 3+ years with UKG Pro.
• Experience with multi-state US and Canadian payroll.
• CPP preferred; BS/BA in Accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state US and Canada payroll, including bi-weekly and off-cycle runs.
• Serve as in-house expert for UKG Pro payroll and Dimensions configuration and troubleshooting.
• Review UKG setup and replace manual workarounds with sustainable processes.
• Write and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with international payroll providers (UK, Australia, Germany, India) and reconcile results.
• Reconcile payroll to GL with Accounting and support audits.
