Job summary

FloQast is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to own US and Canada payroll, serving as the in-house expert for UKG Pro and related tools. You will run bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls, document processes, and collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting.

This hybrid role requires independence, meticulous documentation, and ongoing process improvements to scale payroll operations for FloQast.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of hands-on payroll experience.
• At least 3 years processing payroll in UKG Pro (UltiPro).
• Experience with multi-state US payroll and Canada payroll.
• Experience coordinating international payrolls with outside providers.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state US and Canada payroll accurately and on time.
• Serve as in-house expert for UKG Pro payroll and UKG Dimensions.
• Review and simplify UKG setup, replace manual workarounds with sustainable processes.
• Write and maintain payroll procedures and documentation.
