Job summary

Airspace is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to administer payroll across our entities and Employer of Record platforms, ensuring tax, social security, and retirement compliance across territories. This role requires genuine attention to detail under deadline pressure and hands-on experience payroll across multiple countries or entities.

You will partner with HR and Finance to continuously improve payroll processes, automate where possible, and maintain strong controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience across multiple entities and pay cycles.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with clear communication.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Rippling, MTH Numbers, or Vistra a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee payroll experience with timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
• Process global payroll across entities and EOR platforms with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain benefits and retirement plan administration; audit and document.
• Develop SOPs and support automation to scale payroll operations.
