Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to ensure compliant payroll processing for US subsidiaries with multiple frequencies and locations. The role requires handling tax compliance, timekeeping, garnishments, and year-end reporting in the ADP Lyric system.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of federal, state, and local laws. A CPP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Accounting or related field; Associates with strong experience may be considered.
• Preferred CPP certification.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially ADP Lyric.
• 5–10 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with payroll reporting.

Responsabilités

• Ensure on-time and accurate payroll processing for multiple frequencies/cLocations in the US.
• Enter payroll maintenance into the ADP system each pay period.
• Oversee timekeeping in collaboration with subsidiary processes.
• Review audit reports and verify payroll calculations.
• Handle payroll inquiries from subsidiary HR personnel or associates.
• Support General Ledger inquiries and balancing issues.
• Respond to tax notices timely and set up new tax jurisdictions.
• Process off-cycle checks and garnishments; administer garnishment services.
• Produce daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly payroll reports.
