Qualifikationen

• CPP preferred.
• Experience using an HRIS system; ADP Lyric is the current system of record.
• 5-10 years of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and practices.
• Ability to learn and adapt to updated payroll processes and systems.

Aufgaben

• Ensure on-time, accurate exempt and non-exempt payroll processing for multiple frequencies and US locations.
• Enter payroll maintenance into ADP Lyric per subsidiary inputs.
• Oversee timekeeping in coordination with subsidiary processes.
• Review audit reports and verify payroll calculations for accuracy.
• Handle payroll inquiries from subsidiary HR personnel or associates.
• Assist accounting with General Ledger inquiries and balancing issues.
• Respond to tax notices timely and set up new tax jurisdictions as needed.
• Process off-cycle checks and manage garnishments with ADP Garnishment Services.
• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reporting.
