Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support US payroll operations and ensure data integrity across North America. You will analyze, audit, and process bi-weekly payrolls using ADP Enterprise Payroll, with backup support for Canadian payroll via ADP Workforce Now.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of US payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of US tax regulations; FPC/CPP is desirable. This role offers a remote-friendly environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years in payroll analysis, auditing, or processing in US payroll.
• Proficiency with US ADP Enterprise Payroll and Canada ADP Workforce Now.
• Solid understanding of US labor laws, tax setups, and withholdings; Canadian compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Execute, analyze, and reconcile full-cycle bi-weekly US payroll using ADP Enterprise Payroll/EV6.
• Maintain readiness to process Canadian payroll via ADP Workforce Now as backup.
• Analyze and resolve payroll variances and regulatory updates for US/Canada.
• Design, generate, and analyze ad-hoc and standard payroll reports for budgeting and compliance.
