Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent with 60 college hours.
• Two years of benefits, accounting or payroll experience.
• One year experience communicating policies and procedures.
• One year experience using a computer to research, retrieve and provide information.
• One year experience with financial account reconciliation.
• One year experience using spreadsheets and detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, running, and coordinating payroll systems to ensure timely benefit payments.
• Process payroll requests through worklists, including tax levies, direct deposits and warrants.
• Research benefit calculations and adjust pension balances, earnings, withholdings and deductions as needed.
