Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years payroll processing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
• Extremely accurate, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to handle confidential data.
• Developed customer service skills to interface with management.

Responsibilities

• Audit and analyze time data in the ETR module and process biweekly payroll.
• Collaborate with employees and management to ensure accurate payroll and ETR transactions.
• Reconcile data, complete biweekly tax reporting, and year-end processing.
• Ensure accurate data entry in PeopleSoft and respond to payroll inquiries.
