Qualifications

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and their effect on ledgers.
• Detailed payroll processing knowledge and practices.
• FLSA, including 207k, TLGC 142, regular rates of pay and weighted averages.
• Knowledge of Federal and State Payroll Laws.
• Ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
• Ability to meet biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process highly analytical biweekly payroll timesheets and records accurately.
• Review reports, balance sheets, invoices, and purchase orders with high accuracy.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding payroll/finance questions.
